Q: When will my order ship? A: Most
orders will be processed for fulfillment within 24 business hours of receipt
unless received after 12:00PM PST, in which case they will be processed the
following business day. Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business,
out-of-stock items, or unforeseen difficulties. Dealsonic.com will make
every attempt to meet shipping deadlines. Please note that our warehouse does
not ship on Weekends and Holidays.
Q: Will I be able to Track my package once my order is shipped?
A: Yes. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an
email with directions on how to track where your package is during its shipment.
Q: How long will my package take to be delivered to me? A:
All orders are shipped after being successfully processed, which may take up to
24hrs. The Transit time are as follows:

If you are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address,
you may be required to provide further verification prior to shipment. Please
note that this verification process may result in a delay of shipment of order
or result in the non-availability of an item. Please note that Weekends and

Q: How much is shipping? And can I calculate shipping
costs? A: Shipping is automatically calculated by taking into
account the weight of the item(s) being shipped and the destination of the
package. The best way to figure out what the shipping costs would be is to just
place the item(s) in your shopping cart and start the check out process. Enter
in the correct ship to information and on the next page, you will see the
shipping charges. Don't worry, you won't have to enter in any billing info at
this stage. You may press "Back" in your browser and modify your order
accordingly.
Q: Do you ship to PO Box, APO and FPO Military Addresses? A:
Yes, you must use the USPS Mail PO Box, APO/FPO) shipping option.
Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii? A: Yes we do. When
placing your order please select 2nd Day Air or Standard Next Day Air as the shipping
method. These are the only methods for us to be able to ship a package to your
location. Note: Due to some extreme remote locations, FedEx can not guarantee
the deliver times to Alaskan and Hawaii.
Q: Do you ship Internationally? A: No. Currently we do
not accept International Orders or Orders from U.S. territories (such as GU, AS, CZ, MP,
VI, FM, MH, ND, PW)
Q: What forms of payment do you accept? A: Dealsonic.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card
to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and
telephone number (this is the address and phone number your credit card bank has
on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your
order. Please note that this verification process may result in a delay of
shipment of order or result in the non-availability of an item.
Q: Do you accept Will Call pickups? A: No. Currently we do
not have the facilities for local customers to come by and pick up items but we
do hope to be able to provide this service to our customers soon.
Q: I believe I placed an order but I received no Order Confirmation
or Tracking Number. What do I do? A: Order confirmations and
Tracking information emails are automatically sent via email when an order is
placed. If you did not
receive an email from us, there may be a chance that your email address was
entered in wrong or the email was filtered out of your Inbox or your mail box
may be full. Please Email our Customer Service
Department for information.
Q: I received my order but I suspect the item is defective. What do I
do? A: To ensure that the item truly is defective, please first
contact the manufacturer. Most of the time, they will be able to supply you with
support and provide a solution to the problem. If a product is truly defective,
please Email our RMA Department for further assistance.
Q: I need a specific model number,
revision, or version of the product, can Dealsonic verify for me? A:
Yes by contacting us before hand by Email our Customer
Service Department we can verify the version or revision or model number for
you. If you did not notify us beforehand Dealsonic.com reserves the
right to ship you the latest revision / version / model of the product you
ordered, even though the picture or description says otherwise.
Dealsonic.com will not be responsible for shipping the latest versions of
a product if verification is not done beforehand. Dealsonic.com will
assume the latest version of the product is acceptable by the customer.
Q: Does Dealsonic.com offer any technical support or advice?
A: Dealsonic.com does not offer any technical assistance. We cannot offer advice and compatibility of thousands of items we carry. We do not test, build or assemble parts. We are not technicians, only quality retailers with low prices. Our "contact us" are simply for customer support to resolve various important
issues. For technical support please contact the manufacturers for accurate answers to your technical questions and how different products interact together.
Q: What's the best way to contact
Dealsonic.com? A: The
best way to contact us is to Email our Customer
Service Department. We will reply
to your request as soon as we can but please allow at least 12 Business Hours
for us to reply. Order cancellations must be emailed to our Service Department
within 3 hour of placing the order. Phone lines are available for resellers from
10:00am PST to 4:00pm PST Monday through Friday. Please email us if the lines
are busy. NEVER leave a message. Orders that have have been
processed may not be eligible for cancellation.

Dealsonic welcomes and values our reseller customers. Resellers purchasing in
amount over $500.00 per shipment may qualify for reseller discounts. Please
Email our Sales Department for a
quotation. When emailing please include your name, company name and address, phone number, fax number, and your e-mail address. Our sales representative will reply with a quote by either e-mail or fax within 24 hours.
If applying for reseller discount, please fill out the Reseller Release Form and fax it back to us along with a copy of your original Reseller's Permit. After we received your fax, we will apply reseller discount to your order.

highly recommend customers contact the manufacturers directly whenever available
for accurate answers to your technical questions and how different products interact together.
Customers are responsible for making sure products are compatible with each
other and are responsible for return shipping back to Dealsonic.com on products
that are incompatible.

computer components are extremely complex and ever-changing Dealsonic.com
will not be liable for any incompatibility issues. We will do our
best to inform our customers all incompatibility issues on the product
description page. Furthermore customers are encouraged to Email our Customer Service
Department if there is an incompatibility
issue our product description page can not answer and we will do our best
to answer your question. NEVER MAKE ANY ASSUMPTIONS! Customers are responsible for return
shipping back to Dealsonic.com for any incompatibility issues. Also
products purchased are only compatible with current technology and are not
guaranteed to be compatible with future technology or format that has not
yet been tested.
Product Returns

Defective
Product Returns: All returns must be pre-approved by Emailing
to our RMA Department (Return Merchandise Authorization). Dealsonic.com offers a
3 days (from date
of shipment) refund or credit policy for defective products excluding but
not limited to Video Cards, Motherboards, CPUs, System Memory, Hard Drives and
Controller Cards unless noted otherwise. Dealsonic.com offers a 14 day (from
date of shipment) replacement policy for defective (D.O.A) items including, but
not limited to Video Cards, System Memory, Hard Drives, Optical Drives,
Controller Cards and Motherboards. CPUs, Motherboards, Hard Drives, System
Memory, Video Cards and Opened Software are non-refundable. Please contact
Manufacturer regarding defective CPUs and Software. Prior to returning any item,
please contact the manufacturer to confirm the item is indeed
defective. Dealsonic.com will not accept items that have been physically
damaged or misused. Customers are responsible for return shipping back to
Dealsonic.com. All refunds will be limited to and based on the CURRENT price
of the item minus any restocking fees. All shipping costs are
non-refundable.
Non-Defective Product Returns: All returns must
be pre-approved by Emailing to our RMA Department
(Return Merchandise Authorization). Non-defective products,
excluding but not limited to CPUs, Motherboards, Video Cards, System Memory,
Hard Drives and Controller Cards can be returned within 3 days if returned
unopened, for credit less shipping and any restocking fees. CPUs, Motherboards, Hard Drives, System
Memory, Video Cards and Opened Software are non-refundable. Please contact
manufacturer for warranty service in regards to CPUs, Motherboards, Hard Drives,
Controller Cards, System Memory, Video Cards and Opened Software. Items that are
unopened and unused can be returned, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items that
are opened and / or used can be still be returned but will be subject to a minimum
of 30% restocking fee. In addition to this fee, a pro-rated charge will be assessed for items that are
returned incomplete or with non-resalable parts (ie: Optical Drives, used Fans
and CPU coolers). We reserve the right to prohibit the return of any
non-defective product. Hardware sent back to us which claims to be defective
will be tested and verified before a refund is given. If the unit is not
defective, the customer has to pay for a handling charge, which could be up to
30% of the total cost; and the item will be sent back at the customer's expense. By initiating the RMA
process customers agrees to all decisions by the Dealsonic RMA Department
and all decisions are final. All refunds will be limited to and based on
the CURRENT price of the item minus any restocking fees. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Notes: All
returns must be pre-approved by Emailing to
our
RMA Department (Return Merchandise Authorization). To accomplish this, please provide the order
number and a description of the issue. Not providing the detailed information
requested will delay the returns process. Any item returned without applying for
an RMA, will be subject up to a 30% restocking fee. Once your request has been
received, you will be contacted within 5 business days with an RMA number and
instructions for sending back the item(s). The RMA number, once provided, is
valid for 2 weeks only. You must re-package any item(s) being returned as it was
delivered to you, with all components, materials and documentation. Please write
the RMA number on the outside of the box. Any package without a RMA number
written on the outside of the box will be refused. We will ship the replacement
once we have received and processed the returned item(s). If you request for a
refund, we will notify you via Email of your refund once we have received and
processed the returned item(s). All refunds will be limited to and based on the
CURRENT price of the item minus any restocking fees. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers
are responsible for return shipping back to Dealsonic. By initiating the RMA
process customers agrees to all decisions by the Dealsonic RMA Department
and all decisions are final. Please
allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to be posted to your account.
Refurbished/Open Box Items Returns: Refurbished/Open Box Items have
been thoroughly Inspected and Pre-Tested to meet Manufacturer Specifications and
are guaranteed to be sold in good working order. Because these Refurbished/Open
Box Items are Inspected and Pre-Tested, all Refurbished/Open Box Items are
non-refundable and non-returnable. Though we thoroughly Inspect and Pre-Test all
Refurbished/Open Box Items before they are shipped out, you the consumer must
realize that you are taking a risk when purchasing Refurbished/Open Box
items.
Non Returnable Items:
All hard drive sales are FINAL. Hard drives are
not returnable and all repair service will only be handled by the manufacturer
directly. Also some products will be labeled "No Return". These products can only be returned to the manufacture. Dealsonic.com will not accept or be responsible for any defect or incompatibility issues with these products. All unauthorized returned products would be refused and shipped back
to the sender. Please consult Manufacturer's website for compatibility and Technical Specifications before placing or finalizing your order.
Product Not As Described:
All information presented on the product page comes directly from the
manufacturer. Dealsonic.com will not be held responsible for any
misinterpretation or misleading information. If you feel you have
received a product and it does not work as it should and it is not
defective Dealsonic.com will refund your money only if our RMA Department
agrees with your findings. A 30% restocking fee will be imposed for
any returns that woks as it should. Customers are responsible for
all return shipping costs and all initial shipping charges are
non-refundable.
Refuse Shipment or Change of Address after
Shipment:
If customers refuse shipment of an order there will be a
minimum 30% restocking fee. Shipping charges are NON-Refundable.
Change of address request will not be honored after an order has been
shipped. Customers are responsible for making sure they will be at the
shipping address during the delivery period. All shipments returned to
Dealsonic.com will incur a 20% restocking fee and shipped charges are
NON-Refundable.
Product Warranties

customers is provided by Dealsonic.com or the manufacturer of the product for 30 days from the date of invoice.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to the warranty location.
This warranty does not cover any loss of business, profits, or other
consequential damage, either real or perceived, that may have resulted from any
malfunction of the product. Damage from flood, lightning strikes, earthquake,
mishandling, misuse or accidental dropping is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is also
void if Dealsonic.com determines that the product has been damaged due to
insufficient packaging during any return shipment. Dealsonic.com reserves
the right to determine whether alterations have been made, or damages caused, by
such facts that would serve to void the terms of this warranty.
Refurbished/Open Box
Items -
Back to Top Refurbished/Open Box Items are Open-Boxed items that have lost
their packaging and/or items that have been owned and returned by owner within
14 Days of purchase. Refurbished/Open Box Items have been thoroughly Inspected
and Pre-Tested to meet Manufacturer Specifications and are guaranteed to be sold
in good working order. Because these Refurbished/Open Box Items are Inspected
and Pre-Tested, all Refurbished/Open Box Items are non-refundable and
non-returnable. Though we thoroughly Inspect and Pre-Test all Refurbished/Open
Box Items before they are shipped out, you the consumer must realize that you
are taking a risk when purchasing Refurbished/Open Box items. Refurbished/Open
Box Items may contain one or more of the following cosmetic defects: missing
packaging, scratches, rips, tears, stains, and dents. Refurbished/Open Box Items
may also contain missing parts and/or accessories. Unfortunately, Dealsonic.com cannot supply missing parts and/or accessories even if the missing part and/or
accessory is necessary for the functionality of the Refurbished/Open Box Item.

highest regard. We do not sell, share or rent information to anyone outside Dealsonic.com. Maintaining your privacy is critical to

Typographical Errors - Back

provide the most accurate pricing, descriptions, and specifications for our
products; however; we cannot guarantee that the products descriptions, features,
specifications, depictions, pricing or any information on Dealsonic.com is
correct, accurate or complete. In the event a product is or has been listed
incorrectly due to errors in product's descriptions, features, specifications,
depictions, and/or pricing, Dealsonic.com shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your
credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the
purchase and your order is cancelled, Dealsonic.com shall immediately issue
a full credit to your credit card account. In the event a product you received
is or has been listed incorrectly due to errors in product's descriptions,
features, specifications, depictions, and/or pricing, Dealsonic.com shall
have the right to replace, exchange or return the item(s) in question, at our
sole discretion. To be eligible for replacement, exchange, and/or return, the
item(s) in question must be unopened and in unused condition. We recommend
consulting with the Product Manufacturer to receive the most up to date products
descriptions, features, specifications, depictions, and/or pricing.

LIABILITY

LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. Dealsonic.com
SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN
CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE
PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. Dealsonic.com SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR
